Director of International Ministries

Sarah Calderon de Lott serves as the Director of Overseas’ Missions with Ms. Jane & Friends Gospel Ministries. She serves as a missionary, interpreter, and coordinator for the Dominican Republic and Hispanic countries.

Sarah, known by “Mrs. Sarah, Lott’s wife”, is a servant of Christ.  God has a call on her life.  Sarah shares her gift of being bilingual enabling people of many countries to understand God’s word and His love.  Her English speaking friends are blessed to see the beauty of the Dominican Republic, her native land, through her eyes.  She loves people and cares deeply for all to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  Sarah works diligently to help with mission trips, developing leadership training and shares with individuals and churches the need for evangelistic resources to reach the future generations.   God uses her compassion to inspire those around her to serve God in the United States and overseas.

 Mrs. Sarah accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior on Easter of 1973; thus beginning her spiritual walk with the Lord.   But Sarah’s desire to become a wife was answered when God brought Mark Lott into her life and they were married in 1995.   Then God’s blessing was poured out upon her as she became the mother of Joanne in 1997.  God changed Sarah’s location as the Lott family moved to North Carolina in 1998.  Sarah counts the blessing of being Mark’s wife and Joanna’s mother as God’s call on her life.  She knows the joys and responsibilities of being a stay home mom, homeschooling her daughter until she finished high school, and continues to support Joanna as she is now in college.

Now serving at Colonial Baptist Church in Cary, NC, where Sarah is a member and serves in the various ministries.  She constantly seeks God’s wisdom and direction as He opens the doors of opportunities for her to serve Him.

James: IT Director

Laura: Ministry Program Administrator and Missionary

Laura works alongside Jane in all teaching in the United States and helps with all teaching. Jane considers her “the right arm”. James heads up all the IT technology that makes this ministry run. If it needs to be created, he figures it out. If it breaks, he fixes it.

Outside of the ministry we are a husband and wife photography team with L.E.S Photography and James also works a full-time job.  We have two crazy dogs with their own personalities, three cats, and a bearded dragon. We are very active in our church, Antioch Baptist Church.  Laura came to know Christ as her savior when she was a little girl and rededicated her life when she was a teenager. James came to know Christ when he was a teenager while at summer camp.

There are more members of our team that we are thankful for. We have members of this team here in the United States and in the Dominican Republic. Also, we have our board members that make sure everything runs smoothly with all decisions.
